Products
All items are handmade ceramics. Because each piece is individually made, the item you receive may vary slightly from the photographs in color, glaze pattern, size, and finish. These variations are inherent to handmade work and are not defects.
Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. Orders are confirmed only once payment is received.
Order acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
Shipping & risk
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility, as detailed there.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
