Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Because each item is one-of-a-kind and ceramic, we pack every order by hand with protective materials to survive the journey.
Shipping method & tracking
We ship worldwide with tracked international shipping. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to its destination.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch. Customs processing can add time in some countries.
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Japan: 3–7 business days
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.
International Customs & Duties
- United States: Duties prepaid at checkout — no surprise charges on delivery.
- Canada: Orders may arrive with an additional ~5% GST charge collected by Canada Post before delivery, separate from your checkout total.
- Australia & New Zealand: Typically no additional customs charges.
- Japan: Orders under ¥10,000 (approx. $65) ship duty-free. Orders above this amount may have Japanese consumption tax (10%) collected on delivery; tableware items (teacups, bowls, tea sets, plates) may also include a small customs duty (~2.3%). Planters and bonsai pots remain duty-free regardless of price.
